Operations Agent

Role overview

‍As an Operations Agent you will work in a busy warehouse environment

Role and responsibilities

• Supporting the efficient and accurate movement of shipments within the company network
• General administrative support, answering calls
• Scanning invoices and creating labels
• Monitoring data and completing data entry
• Handling internal and external customer queries and delivering excellent customer service
• Capturing location and shipment data by scanning all returned shipments

Requirements for the role

• Ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team

• 5-year employment history check
• UK criminal record check
• International criminal record check if the applicant has lived abroad for more than 6 months
• Relevant aviation security training completed in-house by AVTAV (at no cost to the applicant)
