Founded in 2020, AVTAV began with a clear vision: to bring innovation to recruitment without compromising on tradition, integrity, or quality. We
didn’t want to be just another agency, we wanted to raise the bar.

From day one, we set out to be more than a staffing provider. We saw the fragmentation in the market where recruitment, vetting, and training were siloed, and decided to do things differently.

We became one of the first UK recruitment agencies to also become a CAA-registered AVSEC training provider, building vetting and training into the very heart of our service. This integrated model means our clients don’t just get staff, they get fully vetted, security-cleared, and trained professionals who meet CAA standards and exceed expectations.

We do not charge candidates for applying for roles. Our fees are charged to our clients (employers) as part of our recruitment services.

Do you use umbrella or outsourced payroll companies?

No — AVTAV operates a fully in-house PAYE payroll model. We do not use umbrella companies or outsourced payroll providers. This ensures transparency, fair pay, and full compliance with HMRC, employment law, and modern slavery regulations. We are committed to ethical workforce practice sat every level.

What services do you offer?

We provide temporary staffing, in-house vetting, and accredited AVSEC training, delivered as a compliant, full-service solution or as bespoke, individual packages. AVTAV supports employers across aviation, logistics, food production, and transport — with trained, site-ready workers and end-to-end workforce support.

What is your typical turnaround time?

We work quickly without compromising quality. On average, we deliver fully vetted, site-ready staff within 12 working days of booking— including training and security clearance where required.

How do clients get started?

It’s simple — just contact our team and we’ll set up a discovery call to understand your needs. From there, we’ll propose a tailored service plan and mobilise the right solution quickly, with compliance built in from day one.

Do you charge candidates for training or registration?

No — AVTAV does not charge candidates to register, be trained, or be placed into work. We offer fully funded AVSEC and role-specific training to help you succeed, at no cost to you.

How often do you pay workers?

Our temporary staff are paid weekly, with payslips and timesheets managed through our in-house team. You’ll also have access to a named consultant to support you with any questions.

How can I apply for a role?
