Full Job Description
Role Responsibilities
The role may include:
·Washing, sorting, assembling, packing, and positioning aircraft catering equipment
·Processing and stripping trolleys, including offloading and sorting equipment and waste
·Measuring and weighing ingredients according to set specifications
·Supporting food preparation activities within the kitchen
·Packing food liners in accordance with written specifications
·Conducting temperature, quality, and product date checks
·Receiving, handling, and storing incoming goods correctly
·Stock rotation and daily stock counts
·Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas
In addition, all employees are expected to:
·Follow company procedures and operational requirements.
·Maintain high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail.
·Work effectively as part of a team.
·Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
·Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
·Support colleagues and management in achieving operational objectives.

Technical Skills, Licences & Experience
·Previous experience in food packing, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is desirable.
·Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and safe food handling practices is beneficial.
·Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment is advantageous.
Compliance & Security Requirements
Depending on the nature of the role, successful applicants may be required to complete pre-employment screening and compliance checks.
These may include:
·Employment history verification.
·Criminal record checks.
·International criminal record checks where applicable.
·Aviation security training where required.
Where applicable, training, vetting and compliance checks will be coordinated by AVTAV as part of the onboarding process.
