_{The CTIM is a high-visibility operational leadership role, acting as the bridge between airport terminals, retail partners, and internal teams.}

_{You’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, KPI performance, and operational excellence across terminals.}

_{Key Responsibilities}

• _{Act as key point of contact for terminal operations}
• _{Drive KPI performance (DAP, dwell time, returns, etc.)}
• _{Build strong relationships with retail partners}
• _{Resolve operational issues using structured processes (RCF / ICA)}
• _{Lead, coach, and develop team members}
• _{Support innovation and improvement projects}

_Requirements

• _{3+ years management experience (retail / logistics / F&B preferred)}
• _{Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills}
• _{Experience with inventory systems}
• _{Confident communicator and problem solver}
• _{Flexible to work across shifts and terminals}
