Full Job Description

Role Responsibilities

The role may include:

·Cleaning office areas, meeting rooms, corridors, and communal spaces

·Cleaning warehouse floors, workstations, storage areas, and welfare facilities

·Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with company procedures

·Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

·Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables as required

·Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or damaged equipment

·Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively

·Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards

In addition, all employees are expected to:

·Follow company procedures and operational requirements.

·Maintain high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail.

·Work effectively as part of a team.

·Follow all Health & Safety procedures.

·Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

·Support colleagues and management in achieving operational objectives.

Technical Skills, Licences & Experience

·Previous cleaning experience in office, warehouse, commercial, or industrial environments is desirable

·Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial

·Understanding of Health & Safety procedures is advantageous

Previous experience may be beneficial but should only be listed as essential where specifically required by the client.

Compliance & Security Requirements

Depending on the nature of the role, successful applicants may be required to complete pre-employment screening and compliance checks.

These may include:

·Employment history verification.

·Criminal record checks.

·International criminal record checks where applicable.

·Aviation security training where required.

Where applicable, training, vetting and compliance checks will be coordinated by AVTAV as part of the onboarding process.
