Cleaning Operative

This is a physically demanding role, supporting cleaning operations across active work environments. You will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and organised workspaces, ensuring sites are ready for use and meet high cleanliness standards.

Shift Pattern

* Ad Hoc
* Day shift: 09:00am - 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities

* General cleaning duties across site locations
* Cleaning floors, surfaces, and high-traffic areas
* Waste collection and disposal in designated areas
* Maintaining clean and hygienic workspaces
* Supporting site teams in keeping areas safe and organised
* Restocking cleaning supplies where required
* Working in line with health & safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

* Previous cleaning experience (essential)
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Flexible and able to work day shifts
