CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal Operative – Heathrow Airport

Location: Heathrow Airport – All Terminals
Contract Type: Temporary (Employment Business – AVTAV)
Pay: £18.93 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday – NightShifts

AVTAV is recruiting experienced CPCS A73 Traffic MarshalOperatives on behalf of a major contractor operating across Heathrow Airportterminals.

This is a night-based airside role supporting constructionand infrastructure works within a secure airport environment. You will beresponsible for managing vehicle and plant movements safely across site,ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and airport operationalstandards.

This position offers consistent full-time hours withoptional overtime available.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Night shifts
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and directing vehicle and plant movements on site
• Ensuring safe access and egress for deliveries and site traffic
• Supporting site teams with safe coordination of movements
• Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site supervisors
• Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Working in line with airport security and operational requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal qualification(essential)
• Valid CSCS card
• Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure sites preferred
• Driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Aviation Security Requirements

As this role operates within Heathrow Airport, allapplicants must complete checks in line with Aviation Security Regulations:

• 5-year checkable history (employment, unemployment, gapsand self-employment)
• UK criminal record check
• Additional screening as required for airside access

References will be obtained on your behalf as part of theclearance process.
